The Delaware and the Lehigh come together right below downtown. That is where the country's oldest continuous open-air farmers' market has been running since 1752, and where the Crayola Experience draws 425,000 visitors a year.

The country's first electric streetcar ran here in 1886. It is where I have closed the most this year. It also has Steamtown — the national railroad park, free to enter — and the Nay Aug gorge waterfall inside its largest park.

Mountains, lakes and waterfalls in the east of the state. I closed here this year, in Bushkill. Bushkill Falls is eight drops — the tallest over 100 feet — and the Delaware Water Gap is right there.
