My name is Enrryko Placencia, though almost everyone calls me Rico. I take families through their first house and owners out of the one that no longer fits, and I do most of it with both hands on the phone.

I cover two markets that look like one on a map and aren't: the Allentown–Bethlehem–Easton corridor, and the northeast — Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and the Wyoming Valley. Most of my closings happen up north, in NEPA, with two hours of highway in between, and I drive it.

Most of my work happens in Spanish, and not as some separate service: the questions that actually matter — what if the inspection comes back bad, how much do I really need down, what am I signing today — get asked in the language you think in.

What I do differently is no secret: I answer. I shoot the video of every house I show myself, I call about a place before the showings pile up, and I keep picking up the phone after closing.

My job is done when someone opens their own door with their own key.
